For new clients, we recommend a consultation so we can assess your skin, goals, and sensitivities. This ensures your treatment plan is fully personalized.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, as appointments are limited due to the boutique, one-on-one nature of our studio.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

We kindly notify you that any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 1 business day's notice may be subjected to a 50% fee.

A no-call / no-show may be subjected to a 100% of service(s) cost fee.

We understand emergencies occur and in the case of an emergency, we appreciate your open communication so we can best accommodate your needs.

Late Arrivals

We will always try our best to treat late arrivals with the time we are now provided. Please note that certain steps of the treatment may need to be adjusted or condensed to ensure our estheticians stay on schedule.

Yes. We offer multi-session packages for treatments like skin tightening and resurfacing, as well as loyalty programs and seasonal promotions. Packages offer the best value for long-term results.

Please arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, SPF, or heavy skincare products. Avoid harsh exfoliants or treatments (like chemical peels) at least 72 hours before your visit.

Most treatments have little to no downtime. Skin resurfacing may result in mild redness for 24–48 hours, but you can resume daily activities immediately.
