Before founding Esthetics Embassy, Lydia Bubanja served as a diplomat and intergovernmental policy consultant at the United Nations in New York. She was directly involved in negotiations alongside 33 member states on Sustainable Development Goal 3 – Good Health and Well-being, helping to shape the global agenda on health and wellness. Her experience in advancing international health policy and her passion for holistic well-being now inspire her unique approach to skincare, where diplomacy meets dermis.

Lydia Bubanja is our NY-licensed master esthetician and certified Biologique Recherche consultant. Prior to becoming our esteemed founder, she was Born in Montenegro and raised in Belgrade, Serbia (former Yugoslavia) and worked as a diplomat and intergovernmental policy consultant at the United Nations in New York. After the UN, Lydia began exploring careers that would blend her interests in wellness, beauty, and holistic care. This led her to the world of skincare, where she has been deeply invested in learning and understanding for over two decades.
